I am a dedicated and innovative UX Researcher with a strong foundation in human-computer interaction, user-centered design, and technology. With a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's in Informatics from Indiana University's School of Informatics and Computing, I combine academic excellence with practical experience to create impactful, user-focused solutions.

My expertise spans design, research, strategy, and coding, where I excel in user interviews, usability testing, heuristic analysis, entry to mid-level algorithms, and prototyping.  I'm Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Hotjar, I bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving, ensuring that user needs and business goals align seamlessly.

I’ve honed my skills through diverse experiences, including internships at Furtrieve and The Good, where I improved mobile app designs, conducted competitive analyses, and enhanced website conversion rates. At Appen, I’ve contributed to optimizing artificial intelligence applications by analyzing data and collaborating with stakeholders to meet user needs. As a Project Lead for the SOAR-NEON Community Collaborative, I led a team in researching and publishing case studies, further showcasing my ability to drive initiatives and deliver results.

Passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences, I am committed to leveraging my technical skills in Java, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL and research methodologies to drive innovation and impact in the tech industry.
